I told her that, from now on, if someone asks about the ice cream at all, they should say that there is not enough dairy to cause an allergic reaction but that there are dairy-traced ingredients. I informed her that this was a very strong ethical principle for some of their customers, and that these persons have the right to be truthfully informed.”
