About a year ago we told you of the non-vegan ingredients found in Vegan labeled prepared foods at Whole Foods and their lack of response to fix the situation. After a while the situation seemed to resolve itself, maybe it was the weekly visits asking them to remove the signs, but it seems like they are now up to their old tricks again. This specific incident occurred at the Chelsea Whole Foods location in NYC, and honey was again the culprit. The employee whose attention it was brought to was very friendly and quickly removed the signage, however with Whole Foods history; we won’t be too surprised to find the situation again. We’ve again contacted Whole Foods about this situation and are awaiting a reply, but in the meantime, we’ll be on the look out.

Quick update, the same dish seems to be at all the Whole Foods locations where they are serving special dishes for Rosh Hashanah. The specific dish is Carrot Tizzes (spelling may be incorrect)
