My all-time favorite vegan restaurant; I go there all the time! Food comes quickly and is always delicious. Inexpensive, too! Some of my favorite dishes are the veggie chicken nuggets, Benjie's pancake, California chow mein with soy chicken, and banana spring rolls without the coconut. They deliver too. California Vegan is amazing.

LOVE IT! I have enjoyed everything I've eaten there. I've been there with my vegan friends, my vegetarian friends, and those friends of mine who haven't evolved enough to quit eating meat and ALL OF THEM loved it.

Delicious! There are so many options! I haven't tried anything that I haven't liked. The banana spring rolls are a great way to end your meal.

the first time i went to ca vegan i was shocked to see my first vegan only restaurant. then when i sat down i was told they have chicken and pancakes one dish!? i've tried many things from ca vegan; pad thai, sweet n sour, etc. but nothing is as good as the benji pancake w/ chicken as the side. this is also their best faux meat, i think. it's location is on sunset is ideal, close to the subway, close to hollywood n highland, fun street to ride your bike on and people watch. they deliver within a few miles which is nice if you work nearby. great service, and dont forget to tip the chefs too! (they have a special cup for chef tips) definitely my favorite place to eat, take my friends, when i'm in la.
