1 cup Sucanat sugar
2/3 cups carob powder
1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
2 tbsp. Ener-G Egg Replacer (dry)
1 1/2 tbsp. G Baking Powder
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. coffee sub. (Roma, Potsum or Pero)
1 cup milk
1 cup applesauce
2 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
Mix dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls, then add wet to dry and mix until well blended. Pour into a greased 8x8 pan. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick comes out clean.
