To make oat flour simply place the oats in a blender and blend until fine. It turns to flour pretty quick. Add remaining dry ingredients, then add milk and blend. Once blended, add in the banana and blend until smooth then add the peanut butter and blend for another 10-15 seconds.
This mixture will be a little thicker than your usual pancake, you may want to try one first, and if it's too thick add up to half a cup more of liquid.
Heat an non-stick pan on medium and pour batter to your desired pancake size.
Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side and enjoy.
Goes good with jelly and a glass of your favorite non-dairy beverage.
