1 3/4 cups pineapple juice
2 tbsp. cornstarch
2 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 cup pineapple juice
1 tbsp. agave nectar
1 tsp. grated orange or lemon peel
Instructions
Add juice, agave nectar and peel to a saucepan and bring to a boil. Mix corstarch and pineapple juice together, then stir cornstarch mixture into boiling pineapple mixture and cook until thickened.
