On the west side, Georgetown Market is a smaller version of Wild Oats with an excellent restuarant. I found vegan ricemellow here (in a tub, not the actual "marshmellows"). There is a fairly large bulk and healthcare section. They don't carry a lot of vegetables, but they are all organic. The restuarant mostly carries sandwiches, but they are awesome!
